New Clients
New clients may use the client portal to self-register, however, all registrations are subject to verification and therapist approval. Once registered, a clinician will review your information and contact you as soon as they are able. Registering to become a client is not a guarantee that your case will be accepted and is based on our therapist’s current availability. Once enabled, clients will not be able to self-schedule until after their first intake session.

Cancellation Policy
We send text message reminders 48 hours prior to all appointments. If you are unable to show up for your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  Soon clients will be able to change appointments (with at least 24 hours’ notice) through the client portal.  We understand life happens, so if you must cancel the morning of your appointment, or cannot attend your session because of an emergency, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We’ve made our final and permanent move to an Electronic Health Records provider. This provider offers a comprehensive system that allows for client signatures, fast and efficient billing, fast and reliable customer service, and an updated graphical user interface. The Client Portal system is robust in that clients can send and receive files, send messages, share journal entries, self-schedule, and much more.

As we move to a paperless entry system (new client paperwork), every new client will be required to provide an email address so they may review and sign all documentation before their first visit. This also helps us ensure the first session is distraction-free and dedicated to understanding our client’s needs.

Currently, self-scheduling is not enabled due to our office trying to integrate multiple calendars. As soon as we’ve condensed them into one calendar, we will open self-scheduling for current clients ONLY.
