We use for our Electronic Health Records and client portal access. Our online portal allows you to (re)schedule appointments, make payments, fill out and sign documents, use secure messaging, and update your demographic and other information (such as insurance updates, credit cards, and so on).
If you have portal access and need to schedule or modify your appointment, please Log In to the portal (https://sacwan.clientsecure.me/) to make changes. If you do not yet have portal access, please call your therapist for access.
If you are ready to become a new client, please use the button below to schedule an intake or go to: https://sacwan.clientsecure.me/. Using the online portal access helps us cut down on paper waste and our overall carbon footprint.
** For New Clients ONLY: There is only one service you are able to choose when making your first appointment through the portal – “Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation”.
We have an ethical duty to verify identities if you are using insurance for payments. If you wish to use insurance, including Forward Health, please upload a copy of, or bring with you to your first visit, your current insurance card and photo ID.
We give 48 hour reminder notices to all our client via text and email. If you are not able to show for your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Or, you can now change your appointment (with at least 24 hours notice) through the client portal. We understand that life happens, so if you must cancel the morning of your appointment, or don’t show due to an emergency, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
