to how we schedule appointments!

Client Portal

We’ve made our final and permanent move to CounSol as our Electronic Health Records (EHR) provider.
This EHR offers a comprehensive list of features such as client signatures, fast and efficient billing, fast and reliable customer service, and a robust Client Portal. With the Client Portal, clients can send and receive files, send messages, make and share journal entries, self-schedule, and more.

As we move to a paperless clinic, new clients will provide an email address so they may review and sign all documentation online before
their first visit. This helps us ensure the first session is distraction-free and dedicated to understanding our client’s needs.

Currently, self-scheduling is not enabled due to our office trying to integrate multiple calendars.
Once we’ve condensed them into one calendar, we will open self-scheduling for current clients ONLY.

New clients can use the client portal to self-register; however, all registrations are subject to verification and therapist approval. Once registered, we will review your information and contact you as quickly as possible.

Registering to become a client is not a guarantee your case will be accepted and is based on our counselor’s availability.

Clients cannot self-schedule until after their intake session.

Current clients can only receive portal access from their therapist. If you already have portal access, use the above link to log into the client portal. 

Please let your counselor know if you do not have portal access and they will send you a registration link.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot take “Walk-in” appointments,
but we are working on providing this much-needed service very soon.
